CompuCell 3DInstalling CompuCell3D
Please go to CC3D download page to get latest version of software.
- Windows Vista and Windows 7 users - please make sure to install CompuCell3D to your local directory (e.g. c:\Users\yourname\CompuCell3D) and not to c:\Program Files\CompuCell3D.
Run Demo Simulation
- Run one of Demo models e.g. Demos/cellsort_2D/cellsort_2D.xml .
Get decent programmers' editor
Windows users should get Notepad++ . Mac user would probably do best installing TextWrangler
CC3D-SoSLib - subcellular model solver. Solves SBML models "inside each cell". Used to couple molecular models to macroscopic cellular behaviors. Still at experimental stage. windows users may download but this is not a production version yet. Download Windows installer
